To ensure that you’re not rushed with your decision-making in finding your dream dress, we recommend that you start your search in plenty of time. We aim to have stock on hand to supply our brides with their garments within a couple of weeks after they have placed their order or alternatively a production order can be placed with a minimum lead time of 3 months up to 6 months depending on the time of year.

We believe preparation is key to a successful appointment! We recommend starting your wedding dress journey after you have secured your date – so your stylist knows your wedding timeline and vision. Do fill out all information on your online appointment booking with your top 3 CD styles. We recommend wearing nude underwear to your appointment to help visualise the full look bring and we provide Charlotte Mills shoes throughout the appointment to try with dresses.

Bridal appointments are for 1 hour 15 mins – this allows enough time for you to try your top CD styles as well as returning to your perfect choice. Your stylist will ring you prior to appointment to take your wedding details and hear more about what you are looking for. However, if you are not local to Manchester and require more time, please do let us know so that we can accommodate your request.

We know that emergencies can take place so we kindly ask for at least 48 hours-notice if you can’t make our date, and we will be happy to find another slot for you.

Yes! We allow a maximum of 4 guests per bridal appointment.
